What does 'BYOK' mean?
Bring Your Own Keys. You provide your own API keys for services like Twilio, SES, and SMTP. We host and run the Messy infrastructure, but your credentials stay yours.
Is there a free tier for the cloud?
The open source version is completely free and always will be. Cloud BYOK pricing starts at $8 per 100,000 deliveries with no monthly minimums.
Can I migrate from self-hosted to cloud?
Yes. Export your templates and configuration, then import into your cloud instance. We are building a one-click migration tool.
Do you store message content?
Message metadata (recipient, status, timestamps) is stored for tracking. Message content is processed and delivered but not persisted by default. You can enable content logging if needed.
